This Privacy Policy explains how BYLDFLOW LLC ("BYLDFLOW," "we," "us," or "our") handles information on our website, byldflow.com (the "Site"). It covers the Site only. Our mobile apps are each covered by their own separate privacy policy, provided with the app.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

The Site does not require an account and does not sell anything. The only information you actively give us comes from the launch-updates form:

• Your email address (required), so we can tell you when we launch.
• Your name and a short note (both optional), if you choose to add them.

When you submit the form, these details are sent to us by email. If we use a third-party form or email service to receive or store these messages, that provider processes them on our behalf and only for this purpose.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, when you visit the Site our hosting provider automatically records basic technical log data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages and times of your visit. This is used to serve the Site and keep it secure.

Settings stored on your device

The Site remembers your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device, is not a tracking cookie, and is never sent to us.

2. How We Use Information

We use the limited information above to:

• email you once (and occasionally after) about our launch, if you signed up;
• reply to anything you send us;
• operate, maintain, and secure the Site; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with providers that operate the Site on our behalf (our website host, and any email or form-handling service we use to receive launch signups), and only as needed for that purpose;
• when required by law, or to protect our rights or prevent harm; and
• in connection with a future merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, under the protections of this Policy.

4. Cookies, Analytics & Third Parties

The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not currently use any analytics tools. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this Policy first.

The Site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. To deliver the font, your browser requests it from Google's servers, which means Google may receive your IP address as part of that request. This is standard web-font behavior and is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We keep launch-signup emails until we launch and for a reasonable time after, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Server log data is retained by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own practices.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have a concern, contact us at hello@byldflow.com.

7. Your Choices

You can:

• ask us to delete your email and any details you submitted, at any time;
• opt out of launch emails by replying to any message or contacting us; and
• clear the theme setting by clearing your browser's site data.

We will respond to reasonable requests in line with applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Links & Our Apps

The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. This Policy does not apply to those services. Our apps are covered by their own privacy policies, provided with each app.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Policy here and change the date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
